Why does the print head stick when printing color labels?

Here we specifically analyze the color labels with color content printed on the surface during use. So, when using them, what effect will the printed pattern have on the print head? First of all, the print head transfers the carbon ribbon to the paper surface through high temperature, so does the high temperature react to the surface of the self-adhesive label? The answer is yes. Under the high temperature of the print head, if the printing ink used for the surface printing content is incorrect, the melting of the printing ink will cause the print head to stick to the ink, thus affecting the printing quality.

So how to choose colored stickers correctly?

First of all, there are three ways to print color stickers: 1. offset printing 2. flexographic printing 3. letterpress printing.

Among them, offset printing is the best because the dots are fine and the color printing quality is high. If flexographic printing is used, the selection of anilox roller and ink is very important. If relief printing is used, the ink requirements will be very delicate and the temperature requirements will be high.
