First of all, as a printing company, it must have its own designers and typesetters. The finished manuscripts need to be output by professional CTP equipment for plate making. There is a difference here. For printing with low requirements for printing precision, flexographic printing or letterpress printing (flexographic printing needs to be made). For printing with fine precision and high dot reproduction, PS plate rotary printing machine is needed for printing, which is CTP direct computer laser plate making. So what is the difference in printing equipment? The difference between rotary printing equipment lies in the number of color groups of the printing machine base, which are generally divided into 4 colors, 6 colors, and 8 colors. The difference here lies in the requirements of the customer's printing content. If the product printing color requirements are high, a printing machine with more color groups is required for printing, because the color value of conventional CMYK may not meet the color required by the customer after color separation. Therefore, for many customers with refined requirements for color, special color printing will be required, and a color will be specially modulated for printing to ensure the color reproduction. Under normal circumstances, the paper produced by the paper mill is 1-2 meters wide, which cannot be used on the printing machine or slitting machine. Therefore, the raw material roll must be slit into 405mm wide small rolls or 325mm wide small rolls, and then printed by the printing machine. After printing, a small roll paper slitting machine is used to slit it into finished small rolls with a width of 79mm or 56mm. In this way, the finished roll can be produced.

Of course, if the printed content is not fixed as required by the customer, it is also possible to print variable numbers, numbers, barcodes, QR codes, text, and patterns on the printing roll. If there is such a requirement, the semi-finished roll paper after printing needs to be transferred to the digital center for coding.
